Coach House Dairy brands joining a new stable

Kyvalley Dairy Group are a shareholder of leading dairy brands specialists, Remarkable Milk Company who have announced that they have entered into an agreement to purchase the Coach House Dairy Brand from Bubs Australia Limited. Bubs Australia acquired Coach House as a part of its NuLac Foods Pty Ltd acquisition in 2017.

Remarkable Milk Company is the leading company in marketing, sales and development of brands providing organic and conventional fresh packed dairy and nutritional products to the Asia Pacific retail markets. Remarkable Milk has exclusive supply agreements with Kyvalley Dairy Group as well as ASX listed Wattle Health Ltd and Organic Dairy Farmers Australia. Each supplier to Remarkable Milk has direct alignment which provides an unparalleled provenance and vertical integration from "Grass to Glass"

The completion of the Coach House Dairy acquisition will occur on 30 June 2019 and Bubs will continue to supply the product until then ensuring a smooth transition for stockists and consumers.
