Dairy Operators

Key Responsibilities

- Forklift License is prerequisite for employment.

Laboratory Technicians
Kyabram & Geelong, VIC, Australia
The Position
We are seeking applicants to join our Laboratory team as Laboratory Technicians. The facility operates 7 days a week, with 12 and 8 hour shift arrangement for both day and night shift so we are seeking applicants who are available for a range of shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of milk and inline samples.
- Environmental sampling.
- QC production support.
- Calibration of lab equipment.
Requirements of the positions
- Relevant Food Industry experience including HACCP knowledge.
- A sound technical aptitude.
- The ability to accurately follow detailed work and quality procedures.
- Developed organising and self-motivation skills.
- A flexible work attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a fast pace laboratory environment.

Maintenance Electrician – Afternoon Shift
Geelong, VIC, Australia
Key Responsibility of this role:
- Pursue the continuous improvement of our plant equipment and systems.
- Work closely with management in relation to all maintenance and equipment failures.
- Apply a planned and preventative approach to electrical and machine maintenance.
- Provide feedback and implement procedures improving plant quality and safety.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift roster across day and afternoon shift.
- Ability to work on occasional weekends for planned maintenance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Trade qualifications in Electrical (A Grade license).
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety procedures.
- Experience in a relevant maintenance and repair environment, preferably food or beverage.
- Skills in programming, fault finding using Allan Bradley PLC’s and VSD’s would be highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and detailed documents.
- A sound knowledge of electrical components in an industrial setting.
- Strong fault-finding skills and a sound knowledge in all areas of FMCG electrical requirements.
- Forklift Licence (desirable).
- Ability to apply initiative and strong problem-solving skills while working autonomously or in a team.
- Accurately record maintenance activities with a very detailed approach.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to restore equipment safely.
Maintenance Fitter
Kyabram, VIC, Australia
The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our engineering team at our Kyabram site. This is a hands on role supporting the maintenance needs across our entire operation.
Key Responsibility

- Provide feedback and implement procedures improving planty quality and safety.
- Ability to work on a rotating 4 on 4 off shift roster across day, night, and weekends.
Skills & Experience Required
- Trade qualifications – Fitter & Turner, dual trade is an advantage.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety procedures.
- Experience in a relevant maintenance and repair environment, preferably food or beverage.
- Ability to create, read and interpret drawings and Scada systems.
- MIG, TIG and stainless steel welding skills would be an advantage.
- Strong fault finding skills and a sound knowledge in pneumatics.
- General machining and fabrication skills are an advantage.
Ability to apply initiative and strong problem solving skills while working autonomously or in a team.
