The Position
We are seeking applicants to join our Laboratory team as Laboratory Technicians. The facility operates 7 days a week, with 12 and 8 hour shift arrangement for both day and night shift so we are seeking applicants who are available for a range of shifts.

- Chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of milk and inline samples.
- Environmental sampling.
- QC production support.

Customer Service Representative

The Position
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced FMCG dairy business.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing to support smooth order fulfilment in a dynamic, time-sensitive supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders across multiple service channels (retail, foodservice, distributor model and bulk)
- Manage order changes, credits, and debit adjustments accurately and promptly
- Liaise with sales, production, logistics, and key stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment
- Act as a key point of coordination within the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and delivery
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and order management processes
Requirements of the positions
- Minimum 3yrs experience in customer service within FMCG, food manufacturing, or dairy business
- Strong understanding of supply chain, order fulfilment processes, including order-to-delivery, production planning impacts, and logistics coordination
- Experience processing high-volume orders across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of order management, credits, and invoicing processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Maintenance Fitter

The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our engineering team at our Kyabram site. This is a hands on role supporting the maintenance needs across our entire operation.
Key Responsibility
- Pursue the continuous improvement of our plant equipment and systems
- Work closely with management in relation to all maintenance and equipment failures.
- Apply a planned and preventative approach to all electrical maintenance
- Provide feedback and implement procedures improving planty quality and safety.
- Ability to work on a rotating 4 on 4 off shift roster across day, night, and weekends.
Skills & Experience Required
- Trade qualifications – Fitter & Turner, dual trade is an advantage.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of food quality and safety procedures.
- Experience in a relevant maintenance and repair environment, preferably food or beverage.
- Ability to create, read and interpret drawings and Scada systems.
- MIG, TIG and stainless steel welding skills would be an advantage.
- Strong fault finding skills and a sound knowledge in pneumatics.
- General machining and fabrication skills are an advantage.
Ability to apply initiative and strong problem solving skills while working autonomously or in a team.

The Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic Dairy Ingredients team at Kyvalley Dairy. In this full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC, you will be responsible for managing and growing our export and domestic bulk sales of dairy ingredients. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic role in supporting the continued success and expansion of our market-leading dairy business.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers across domestic and export markets
- Identify and capture new sales opportunities for our dairy ingredient products
- Negotiate and close sales contracts that meet and exceed revenue and profit targets
- Provide expert advice to customers on product selection, applications and technical specifications
- Collaborate closely with the production, logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform the company’s sales and product strategy
- Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer visits to raise the profile of our brand
- Provide accurate and timely sales reporting to the business
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in a sales role within the dairy, food ingredients or FMCG industry
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Strong technical knowledge of dairy ingredients and their applications
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing or Food Technology
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
