Laboratory Technicians

The Position
We are seeking applicants to join our Laboratory team as Laboratory Technicians. The facility operates 7 days a week, with 12 and 8 hour shift arrangement for both day and night shift so we are seeking applicants who are available for a range of shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of milk and inline samples.
- Environmental sampling.
- QC production support.
- Calibration of lab equipment.

Channel Sales Manager – Foodservice & Distribution
Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)
The Position
The Channel Sales Manager – Foodservice & Distribution is responsible for driving sustainable national sales growth by leading Kyvalley Dairy Group’s commercial strategy across foodservice, distributor, and retail independent channels. This role oversees all aspects of distributor acquisition, channel development, and sales execution to ensure customers have reliable access to KVDG products through a high‑performing, efficient, and commercially aligned distribution network. The position ensures strong market coverage, high‑quality execution, and consistent sales performance in line with business, customer, and safety objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. National Distribution Growth· Lead and deliver KVDG’s national route‑to‑market and distribution strategy.
· Expand product availability across distributors, foodservice, retail independents, and the Geelong van network.
2. Distributor Management and Expansion
· Manage and improve the performance of existing distributors, ensuring strong execution and commercial alignment.
· Identify, assess, and appoint new distributors to strengthen market coverage and support growth.
· Build and maintain strong commercial partnerships with distribution partners.
3. Foodservice and Retail independent Channel Development
· Drive distribution expansion across foodservice operators, wholesalers, contract caterers, and independent retail groups.
· Identify new opportunities, channel gaps, and customer segments to support wider product placement and market penetration.
4. Geelong Van Distribution Ownership
· Oversee operations, customer service, and performance of the Geelong van distribution network.
· Improve route efficiency, service levels, and operational effectiveness.
· Support the growth and expansion of the model where commercially viable.
5. Execution, Activation and Customer Retention
· Ensure consistent activation of customer programs, ranging commitments, and distributor initiatives.
· Drive retention of key customers and distributors through strong relationships and reliable service.
· Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless fulfillment and execution.
6. Reporting and Commercial Governance
· Provide accurate reporting, insights, and recommendations on channel performance.
· Ensure distributor agreements, pricing structures, and commercial arrangements are followed.
· Use data and insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
