Are Kyvalley Dairy products Australian made and owned?
Yes, we are 100% Australian family owned.
Where is your milk sourced from?
Our milk comes from Western and Northen Victorian farms and from farms in Southern NSW. The milk is processed fresh to ensure quality and taste.
Is your milk pasteurised and homogenised?
Yes, all our milk is pasteurised for safety. Homogenisation varies by product, some specialty milks may be non-homogenised.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life depends on the product type and packaging. You can always find the best-before date on the bottle or carton.
Do you produce UHT/long life and powdered milk?
No, we don’t produce any UHT/long life or powered milk, all our milk and cream is fresh.
How should I store the milk?
Keep milk and cream refrigerated at or below 4°C at all times. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 5 days
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes, our bottles recyclable through standard Australian recycling streams.
Where can I buy your milk?
Our products are available at major supermarkets, local retailers, cafés, restaurants and foodservice distributors.
Do you deliver directly to customers?
We currently supply through retail and wholesale partners. We don’t supply to consumers directly.
