Innovation wins recognition
The Mulcahy family are well known for their innovative techniques across their five enterprises. They have received well deserved recognition for their new "Ezy Rollover Crush", winning the Weekly Times Australian Machine of the Year.
The simple hydraulically operated machine will allow a cow into the crush without ground level obstructions such as bars and hoses, then tip the beast on its side giving the farmer access to its feet and belly. Making working on the beast safer for all involved.
The machine was designed Peter Mulcahy and his daughter, Victoria.
